## One-sentence summary

Anyone can report a problem with any AI chatbot, app, or assistant at https://genbounty.com/report. No account. Anonymous option. Any company.

## What this page is

`/report` is Genbounty's public form for reporting harm from any AI system. It is open to everyday users, testers, and anonymous reporters. You can name a consumer chatbot, workplace assistant, customer-service bot, image generator, voice assistant, agent, or any other AI product. You do not have to work at the company that built it.

Genbounty keeps a record of the report. Reporters can download a copy to keep.

## What this page is not

- It is not a paid bug bounty form.
- It is not an emergency hotline.
- It does not require a Genbounty account, invitation, or program membership.

If someone is in danger right now, contact emergency services first.

## How to file

1. Open https://genbounty.com/report
2. Read the short notice and start the form
3. Choose I used it, I test AI, or Stay anonymous
4. Describe the chatbot, app, or company and what happened
5. Send the report to Genbounty, or download a local copy that stays on the device

Anonymous reports skip name and email.

## What people report

- Harmful or wrong answers, including confident false information
- Private information leaks
- A bot or agent doing something it should not
- Hidden instructions that steered the AI (researchers may call this prompt injection)
- Safety-rule failures (researchers may call this a jailbreak)
- Someone using AI to scam, abuse, or otherwise cause harm

If child sexual abuse material is involved, report it to the authorities first (NCMEC CyberTipline or the Internet Watch Foundation). The form asks this so the report can be handled correctly.
